Zenith has introduced new references in the Elite Lady Moonphase range that now feature a smaller size and four bright colorways. The four models are now available in 33-mm stainless steel with a diamond-set bezel and lacquer dials in four colors – apple green, turquoise, yellow and red.
Zenith introduced the new 33-mm models during Baselworld 2017 with two models in rose gold and stainless steel with mother-of-pearl dials. The dial does most of the heavy lifting for these new models – the four lacquer dials are striking - bright and distinct - and follow the aesthetic codes of the Elite line.
The rhodium-plated baton hour indexes and leaf-shaped hands bring a touch of minimal sophistication to this timepiece. A seconds sub-dial with a blued needle sits at 9 o’ clock. A star-studded deep blue moonphase disc is in stark contrast to the dial color variants and sits at 6 o’ clock.
The 9.25mm ultra-thin case is water-resistant to 50 metres and fitted with a fluted crown enabling smooth moon-phase adjustments. The case is topped by a dome sapphire crystal with anti-glare treatment. The exhibition caseback that offers views of the Elite Caliber 692 movement.
The Elite Caliber 692 models are used by Zenith on the feminine Elite moonphase models and features an oscillating weight with the “Côtes de Genève” motif. With a power reserve of more than 50 hours, this movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and comprises 195 parts – all while measuring a slim 3.97 mm.
The four models are fitted with matching yellow, apple green, turquoise or red alligator leather strap with a protective rubber lining and secured by a stainless-steel pin buckle. The retail prices of these models have not been communicated yet, but we will update the story as soon as we know.
